Call harbor Chrysler to schedule my Jeep diagnosis for the humming noise. I called and no one answered the phone so I left a message explaining the situation who I was and what my phone number was. Never heard back from anyone. Call 2 days later and no one answered the phone again. Again I left my message told them what was going on with my Jeep and that I needed to get it in and I left my name and my phone number. Never heard back from them. Took my 1995 dodge ram in for service on 2 recalls. 1 with the blower motor wiring ma over heat. The 2 was for the front coil spring cups to be replaced if cracked or reinforced with steel straps. Was told the truck was fixed. It was reported to recall office as being fixed. NOTHING WAS TOUCHED! Also they did not provide any paper work that the issue was fixed. Sporting newly welded straps is not hard to find & nothing is there. Don't trust this place to fix it right
After making a verbal deal their sales manager went and printed a different, higher, number and handed it to my wife to sign. I was wondering why low mileage vehicles are just sitting unsold there. I guess we found out? Good luck with your business. Heh
