I am beyond disappointed with my recent purchase of the 2025 ***** Equinox EV on December 18, 2024. The entire experience has been a nightmare from start to ********* begin with, the dealership had the wrong vehicle ready for me when I arrived, causing unnecessary delays. I was able to check the details on the deal itself, and the cameras. The car that we were told by the broker was sitting up frontwashed, charged, and completely prepared. I can confirm that there was no prior contact with me, and there were misunderstandings regarding the cars preparation and specifications. Im extremely disappointed with the service department at this location. It seems like the experienced staff has been replaced with newer, less knowledgeable employees who lack basic customer service skills. This has made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. A lack of quality service like this can severely impact a businesss reputation. I strongly believe Chevrolet should reconsider their staffing and bring back seasoned professionals who truly understand the importance of excellent customer service.

This business is junk! They said this 2019 jeep cherokee was working great and it has not! I've only had the car for about 11 months and I've had to spend close to 10k in repairs. What a bunch of frauds. If I lived in **********, then I would show up on their front step and give them a piece of my mind. They would deserve it. Many bad reviews about this company! They wouldn't even try to help. Horrible business who should be shut down immediately!

I don't know where to start with this dealership. Customers are treated like numbers. I have had nothing but problems with the service department and Garth. Brought our Equinox in for an oil change and to address some concerns. As soon as I mentioned anything else, I was cut off and told that today (Saturday) is not the day to do "other things". I would have to make another appointment. Then why make an appointment if I can't get anything else done? The radio on our 2020 Equinox has not really worked properly since we bought... read more

Dealership commits fraud regularly by placing false ads on Autotrader for a lower price than their actual price. Then their sales people tell callers that the price is incorrect on Autotrader. I just went through an entire chain of sales people who tried repeatedly to tell me that the mistake was from Autotrader but the ad is identical in every other way. Their General Sales Manager, Chris Smith, just hung up on me when I pointed out that it is impossible for Autotrader's API to pull ever field in their listings exactly, but... read more

As we explained to Mr. Ramkey this error was caused by a communication issue between the dealership and Autotrader. On May 11, 2021 we made a pricing change (from a lower price to a higher price). That change was supposed to be reflected on all our feeds/advertising sites; however, due to the error at Autotrader was not updated online.
