After signing a contract that stated the pool would be done within 6-8 weeks, a hole was dug and I did not see any progress for 3 weeks. It took 5 months from the date I gave my initial deposit to Harbor Bay to complete the pool. I paid all installment payments on time. During this time, I called Derek Proffit, foreman, many times to express my concern regarding how long the process was taking.
