I came in at 2pm. An hour before check in time and was told I'd have to come back at 3pm because that was check in time. Sure. No problem. Came back at exactly 3pm and was told my room was NOT ready still and it would take about another hour for it to get ready. Meanwhile, 3 others checked in after me and got rooms immediately. If you want to get scolded by a 21 year old front desk kid...for booking a room at this place, paying for it online, and showing up. Knock yourself out. I booked it through a 3rd party (last time for that). They never said check in was only up to 11:00pm (THAT's a new one) but the kids says it's my responsibility and scolding me that I showed up at 11:15. There was no way I was taking responsibility. "For future bookings..." Future bookings? I wouldn't go to this place if the rooms were FREE and The Foo Fighters were playing... read more
