Did a great job installing my new A\C unit. Great service got in done in a timely manner. Gave me great service on my old unit as well. I would definitely recommend
I am leaving this review for my cousin. She had a new unit installed by this company over 2 years ago. It was the wrong size unit for the home was not installed properly and kept charging her extra money for work they did not finish. Did not come back as promised to finish their work and service they said they would. Multiple schedules and no-shows. Has not resolved the situation. I had Harbor Air come to my house when it was an emergency. I have called them ever since. They do a great job on everything they touch. I've have new equipment and duct work done. Absolutely impressed. Always there when I call. Kendall and Mike are like friends now. I'm a contractor, when I find someone good I hang on to them. Reasonable and perffesional.
As a long-time customer of Harbor Air, I continue to be amazed at the quality of their service! Beyond the quality of the work, what is most important to me is the level of attention to customer service. I receive calls letting me know arrival times. I receive follow-up calls asking if their work is satisfactory or if I need anything else. Who does this? Kendall and Harbor Air. Honesty, integrity, attention to the customer's needs. We had a maintenance call in May 2024 because we were long overdue after purchasing a new home in Westchase. Mike and Charlie were great with explaining things, preventative things we could do in between maintenance calls, etc. In December 2024, we attempted to schedule a maintenance check and missed it for one reason or another. In March 2025, we were able to schedule the overdue maintenance. Mike was amazing and thorough with his work and explanations. It’s evident they care about what they do and their clientele.
