Harbor Air has been great to work with and they got my AC unit back up and running quickly. Kendall arrived about 2 hours after I requested help and in less than an hour he had my system running again. Both Tiffany and Kendall have been great to work with. Both were friendly and professional. When I need help with my AC system again, I will call Harbor Air.
I’ve been using Harbor Air for a few years now. They do the maintenance on my AC. I trust them completely. Mike is amazing. They have great prices and will tell you the truth about your AC and explain what’s going on so you understand and can make an informed decision.
Mike came on short notice the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, determined the compressor was shot, ordered a new one and installed it the next morning. We couldn’t be more impressed with their quick response and efficient service!
Harbor Air did an excellent job replacing our aging HVAC system. Mike, Adrian, and Walt were clean, quick, professional, and easy to have at the house. Kendall and Tiffany communicated clearly throughout the entire process, which made everything much less stressful. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
