You Can Do Better! I first went to First Choice (FC) about five years ago and had extensive work - 8 crowns and a bridge and they saved my lower teeth. That dentist, who was great, left. Her replacement was good too, and he left. It was almost 2 years until I went back again (as I paid off those teeth) and I made an appointment in January. Greedy cheats who take advantage of your situation This dentist office is the scummiest of the scum. If you value your wallet go to literally any other dentist office in town. They will do anything in their power to milk you for more care, going as far as to treat things that don't exist and try to pull loans while you're in serious pain and unable to properly focus on responses. Horrifying experience Sad to say I had a negative experience throughout year of orig procedure. I kept going back with pain turned out I had an undiagnosed infection as procedure was not done correctly (finally diagnosed by different dentist) and the dentists at harbision hill would not address or help with healing this infection though they were aware that I suffered throughout year due to pain as I went back many times and each time he just filed down the cap and ignored the fact that I had a terrible infection If you are ... read more

Very Unhappy First of all you should know that this is a Dentist in a Box Chain Franchise! I went in for pain from one of my teeth. I received xrays, and gum measurements and a prescription for Tylenol III & Motrin. They were suppose to schedule me in on the following Thursday (2 day wait) but I never heard from them. I called to see when I would be able to come in for treatment to relieve the pain from my tooth which I was told had exposed nerves and I that I needed a root canal or tooth implant. Don't expect a conversation with the dentist I am between dentists. I searched the internet for a new dentists that was close to my home and work. Dr Berry's office was almost exactly between the two so I made an appointment. The staff is very nice there. I waited maybe 5 minutes before I was called into a room. Pretty good so far, right? A dental assistant took some preliminary info and then consulted with the dentist in her office. She came back and said I needed a full head xray. Still no problem.
