I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other patients know what to expect. I came here for high-risk prenatal care, and unfortunately my experience with Dr. Brar left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported during an already stressful time as this is my first baby. Throughout my appointment, I felt repeatedly pressured toward termination, even after clearly stating my decision. This place is highly unprofessional. The ladies sit around and curse out loud in front of patients. There is zero bedside manner. Very, very disappointing for a place meant to care for pregnant women. Would not recommend to anyone!
Sad to say but service quality is bad. I should have listened to the reviews here online and from someone I personally know who also had a bad experience going here on her first high risk pregnancy. Expect to wait very long hours for appointments. Most staff are rude and does not have bedside manners. As someone who is also a healthcare professional, this is very very disappointing. It seems most of the workers here have a bad attitude. The ultra sound tech Nubi picks and chooses what to say. Never shared anything positive with us. Being around her felt annoying and awkward. She seems unhappy. She kept acting like she couldn’t see something and shoving the ultrasound wand harder into my wife’s belly. It is the 34th week. The baby is big. I dread coming here because of the experience each time. They make you wait 45+ minutes to be seen at your scheduled appointment. The women working there have the WORST bedside manner, ultrasound techs and the one that walks you back to the room. The women who don't wear scrubs dress inappropriately for a work and medical office environment.
