The techs and nurse that work here are great, they’re always very polite and they are pretty quick and straightforward which is nice. The nurse does do telehealth for NST regularly which was never as thorough or helpful as when she was there in person. On those days the techs just text her pictures of the NST strips from their phones and ask if you have any questions for the nurse. I can’t believe this place is in business. This is my wife’s 4th pregnancy. We have been to other offices and treated well. I was in shock how rude these people are. Lady at the front desk is very nice but as soon as you step back with the other girls they treat you like garbage. Feels like I am in a prison hospital. They had a total in 4 girls in the room all silent. No expression. No smiles, just miserable people. If your Dr recommends coming here choose another place. This place should be shut down!
Read through many of the reviews before scheduling my first appointment and I was extremely worried. I could honesty say that it’s not a horrible place to be seen but I understand why some of the women has given this office a poor review. Overall I had good an experience during my pregnancy. There is some staff that were rude but you only seen them for a second while they took you to the rooms. Ultrasound techs were awesome and friendly. I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other patients know what to expect. I came here for high-risk prenatal care, and unfortunately my experience with Dr. Brar left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported during an already stressful time as this is my first baby. Throughout my appointment, I felt repeatedly pressured toward termination, even after clearly stating my decision.
