This is a combination review. The sales side will get 5 stars but the service department gets 0 stars. I ordered a 2025 F450 and throughout the process Nick was in constant contact. Now that I have the truck I have a tire issue and the service department has been working on this for over 2 weeks and ZERO contact as to a resolution. These are good people to work with you.
It took 3 hours to change a valve stem. Once they finally started it took 5min or less to do the job. I was told wait time was 30 minutes so I waited big mistake. I should’ve just ask for my tire and left. Too top it off they came asked me how much air to put in it..
