Do not take your car here for repairs. Communication is extremely spotty, and it's near-impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or answer questions over text. My car was in there for 2 months and the original problem was not fixed. It was fixed afterwards by another dealership. They also put a speed limitation on my car when they made a replacement FOB (80 mph), which will now have to be removed by another company.
HORRIBLE. SOLD ME A LEMON $25k. Chad in service was horrible, rude and disrespectful and dishonest!!!!. They put parts on and didn’t tighten, which could have killed me. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Don’t be fooled by the “customer service up front”. Save yourself time and Drive to Huntsville and take your business to Woody Anderson Ford.
The customer service here is truly wonderful. We live several hours out of town and wound up not purchasing a car this time, but I would have no qualms recommending Harbin. The car we were looking at was very reasonably priced and not a single sales rep I interacted with was pushy or made me feel any pressure whatsoever.
