Very disappointed with the lack of communication and urgency regarding my daughter’s care. My daughter has a rash that was not improving, so I called at 2:30 PM to ask about getting additional antibiotics. I was told someone would call me back within two business hours. At 4:30 PM, after hearing nothing, I called again because the office was getting ready to close for the weekend. I was once again told that someone would call me back before the end of the day. They were great until Atrium bought them. Now I am being charged 2000 for a well child visit because they can’t code my insurance correctly. No help from the office other than wringing of hands and kicking the can down the road.
