The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. Dr Kelly and his team always treat us with such compassion and understanding. Definitely recommended
The providers are great, so my review is not reflective of them. My complaint is completely out of their control. It is hard to get your child in for a sick visit, which is frustrating. I called as soon as phones opened to get one of my children in, waited on hold for 45 minutes, and then was told there were no more sick visits available for the day. My husband and I absolutely loved this place for our son. Dr. Katherine Carroll has been absolutely wonderful. Sadly we moved from Rome to Dawsonville and had to switch pediatricians but in the experience that we had for our son‘s first nine months I cannot say enough wonderful and kind words. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and I will miss this clinic and Dr. Carroll very much.
