Historically this has generally been a good pediatric office for my kids. However, this review is to address the now Atrium umbrella that seems to have altered the system that this office operates by. I'm irritated at why scheduling a simple kids doctor's appointment now involves either a 15 minute phone call hold until someone remote answers or, in using the recommended online portal to attempt to schedule an appointment, it does not function. We just recently moved back to Georgia and I was nervous about finding my kids the right doctor. I had googled different pediatricians and this one had a great review. I have seven kids six of which still see a pediatrician and one of my kids has a long medical history. So finding the right doctor is a huge deal to me. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. Dr Kelly and his team always treat us with such compassion and understanding. Definitely recommended
The providers are great, so my review is not reflective of them. My complaint is completely out of their control. It is hard to get your child in for a sick visit, which is frustrating. I called as soon as phones opened to get one of my children in, waited on hold for 45 minutes, and then was told there were no more sick visits available for the day.
