The new merge with Atrium was the worst thing they've done. I can't ever get to a person in the office. Trying to get an appointment scheduled takes a whole 24hours. And the new system they use for messages never gets checked.
The doctors at Harbin are amazing. However, since the merger with Atrium it’s impossible to get your kid in to see their doctor when they’re sick. You don’t actually get to talk to anyone in the office. Instead it’s all done through a call center.
I would have given 5 stars because I love the staff and Dr's. But the new call service is a joke. You cant talk to anyone at the office. You have to call the call center and just wait. It's very aggravating.
