We are not patients in this office. We tried to be, but it is incredibly difficult to even schedule. First when you call, it will either ring no stop with no pickup or you're on hold forever. Prior to scheduling your first appointment, they have to have your previous records. Okay, fine, I get it. I sent in all paperwork and followed up 2 days later to make sure they received them. Nice nurses & doctors, wait time is moderate although usually very hard to get someone on the phone in some seasons like respiratory season
Dr. Leonard is a rockstar. He's been our girls pediatrician for several years, maybe since he joined Harbin. He listens to them, talks to them, and genuinely cares about what they've got going on. We're grateful to have him as our pediatrician.
THE BEST place i could have chosen for my daughter , Rebecca Moore is HANDS DOWN the BEST in the game . and CHYNNA is our FAVORITE nurse , she is SO gentle with my sweet baby, especially when giving her shots , pretty sure if i’d let her my daughter would go home with her . whoever says she doesn’t like kids is CRAZY , she is the best out there and we love her , if you’re thinking about going to harbin , i highly suggest the both of them ❤️
If I could give 0 stars I would. I will preface this by saying they do have some great doctors. I loved Dr. Leonard and Fields. First of all, the front desk is extremely RUDE and has been on multiple occasions. Definitely not the warm feeling you should have at PEDIATRICIAN. Next, Dr. Leonard’s nurse seems to not love children as she got very noticeably annoyed with my seven year old. Also- they have so many patients now they cannot serve them all.
