Professional at all levels
This clinic has Horrible service, constantly wrong name, multiple losses of my Ins info & appt times are hour behind. Had to just walk out of my last apt bc of my days schedule. Nobody can waste 3 hours of their day waiting. This office and employees are awful.
This place is an absolute disgrace. I left a voicemail for them to call me back regarding an emergency with my mom who was under their care and had an appointment with one of their orthopedic surgeons later that day. She claims she called me back but I have zero missed calls and no voicemails. When we arrived, I went in for someone to assist with a wheelchair and they informed me I would need to carry her in myself (mind you, I'm 110lbs and pregnant).
