There was very good to me
Dr. Pillar and Shelby King and their staff were so kind to me and my daughter. From check in to check out- it was an great experience. Dr. Pillar was very thorough and explained everything to us.
All I can say is "meh" for overall service. It seems to be a trend at Harbin (for the specialty areas) to not care about follow ups. I saw the NP. I absolutely LOVED her and her concern. She was detailed and investigative. She referred me to other specialty areas to rule out other issues. When I finished with those referrals and tests they had ordered, I called back to follow up. I was told by the staff that it wasn't necessary. I told them the NP told me to come back after I had finished with Neuro and Vascular. They seemed... read more
Used to have high opinion of this clinic. But appointment department is a bit rude. Called, explained something and they just hung up. Didn't say anything, just hung up I had made an appointment..when I called to verify time, they tell me they had no record of an appointment. I don't know what's going on, but I'll be taking my elbow surgery and knee replacements I need to another orthopedic group.
