In and out of the urgent care this morning within 15 minutes. Very professional and very thorough. I did have a pretty simple diagnosis, but it was very convenient to be able to go into an urgent care and get attention within a few minutes. I would highly recommend them on a Saturday or Sunday in which these are the days they are open.
I have been seen here many times over the last 5 or 6 years .. I'd rather go here than my regular Harbin clinic. All the staff are wonderful & truly listen. I've always been treated very nicely and worked with me through my hearing impairment... I thank you so much for your kindness!
I always have had great experience at this clinic I give them a 10 out of 10 fast and easy check in and out excellent customer service support and the doctors are amazing...
We utilized the immediate care for the first time this evening. Overall a great experience. Our wait time was very minimal. The front desk receptionist and the nurse practitioner we saw were very dry. They did their job, but it would be nice to see a smile or at least pretend to be happy while you're there. Maybe they were both having a bad day. The triage nurse was great and I was thankful for that.
Great experience on Saturday thanks to Melissa at registration. I called for information while sitting in the waiting room at another urgent care. Once arriving at Harbin, the service was reasonably quick and thorough. I never questioned the level of care.
