The doctor (OD) has been great for the total of 3 appts since May this year with each appt averaging about 2-4 minutes with the eye doctor. But the wait on 2 of the 3 appointments was over 2.5 - 3 hours until seen by the eye doctor. For a 2-4 minute appointment with the OD. The last one (I’m at sitting here waiting right now) - was only to get prescription for glasses, no dilation, nothing has changed since May, I’ve been waiting for 2 full hours.
