The lady who answered the phone seemed super overwhelmed. She was rude and insensitive. Word of advice if you are in customer service have a bit more compassion or at least “pretend” to care.

Slowest staff I have ever seen been here two hours😡
Showed up early with a scratched cornea and was totally surprised to be seen right away. Dr Landrum was quick, efficient and answered all my questions. Thanks so much for taking care of me.
