Brought our Fleetwood RV to them to fix our AC, they knew we use it for work and only had 2 days to fix it. Something came up while taking it apart and they called us to state they could not fix it in time. My husband said they had one more day to fix it so no problem. However, one of their mechanics had a doctor’s appt so they would not be able to fix it until Monday. We have used them before and they know the importance. My husband was very upset. RecommendedBrought my Grand Design Imagine there to have my refrigerator and radio looked at/repaired. They are not a grand design dealer yet they gladly took my unit in and told me how awesome it was to deal with Grand Design. They kept me informed, got the job done right the first time and made sure I was able to get my unit back in time for my next trip. Totally impressed! I needed some hard to find parts for my Holiday Rambler and Bud went the extra mile to find them. We are traveling from Seattle WA and didn't have much time to wait for parts but he got them in. on time, the next day. I went to Camping World and the parts dept wasn't interested to help at all, very typical. I also had the oil changed and have the RV checked out, completed on time and the price was what they quoted. The personnel at Harberson RV could not be friendlier, We brought our 2015 Fleetwood class C in for repairs and they completed them quickly and were more than fair on their pricing. After the repair they went through what was found and demonstrated that the items on my list were completed to my satisfaction. I am so glad to have them close to where we live.
