Very happy living in this property, very thankful for Adrian in the maintenance department !
Property manager yelling at tenants. Hot water is out for 2 days, it was fixed overnight for a few hours then went out again. Manager is in the office (I will admit slightly after posted closing time) I knock and he comes to the door opens it and yells "This is why I can't get anything done, people keep coming in a demanding things get done and I can't progress towards it." then points to a sign on the door and says "here's my email that's how you reach me" Also the manager is NEVER on location, he continuously leaves the le... read more
I have lived here for 3 years and enjoy living here. My only complaint would be that if you don't have the patience of a saint, the speed in which your maintenance requests get done is ridiculous. I waited over a month to get my exterior light fixed and just as long to get a replacement dishwasher. The gutter is broken and I have my own waterfall every time it rains. It floods the patio. Can't get anything fixed and when they tell you it should be fixed by a certain day you never hear back from them. Was told by the latest Friday before the freezing temps that my heat would be fixed. It was not. Went all night on 1/25/26 with no heat during sub freezing temps thanks to the professionally managed Keener management. Thanks for sending someone out to fix the heat but end up turning off the AC and then never showing back up when the new heat part failed twice. My wife has been at these apartments since July, and I have to say I was a little skeptical at first, but it has been really great here. The maintenance guy Adrian here is the absolute best. He is extremely polite and very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in a lot of different areas. We have never had to wait for more than a day or so to have him help Take care of us. Apartment complexes definitely need more people like Mr. Adrian. Thank you so much Adrian for always being there when we need you buddy!!!
