Best butcher in town! I am slowly working through cooking challenges that I have seen on TV and I ask them for the weirdest ingredients. They have never disappointed. Fresh and delicious. It was a surprise at first to pull up to. It feels like just pulling into someone's farm, but that's what's so charming and wonderful. The kitties come to meet you, and you leave with the freshest and juiciest meat imaginable. Supporting local is so valuable to us, and these prices and quality speak for themselves. Thanks Harbach's!
My new go to butcher. It’s always good to shop local but local doesn’t always mean high end. High end is the case here. Purchased two flank stakes for jerky a few weeks ago and then some brats today. Always friendly faces and quick service. 10/10
