My new go to butcher. It’s always good to shop local but local doesn’t always mean high end. High end is the case here. Purchased two flank stakes for jerky a few weeks ago and then some brats today. Always friendly faces and quick service. 10/10

Awesome customer service and quick
So was looking for a new Butcher and pulled into Harbachs Meats and the help was right on top of it and very polite!! Got a few 1.5" New York strips and a few other goodies!!! They cut the meat right on the spot, very quickly and I just dropped in!! We smoked and seared the New York strips last night and when we opened up the wrapping I knew we were in for a unreal treat!!!
