I required after-hours (New Year's Day) urgent assistance to remedy a full blockage. Harb Plumbing promptly returned my phone call, attended within the 30 minutes projected, and rectified the blockage at the quoted price. Hossein was professional, communicative about the issue, and tidy.
Plumber did shoddy work. Wasn't able to fix the problem but was able to send the bill.
Had a kitchen fawcet crap out on us Christmas night and woke up to water leaking from first floor to basement. Called Harb and they sent out TJ out same day. He and his assistant did a great job sorting everything out. Very happy with the service!!
They solved my problem and staff is very professional, but they charged me $850 plus tax and service call to snake the main sewer line. The job took barely 45 minutes. Their justification is "that's the price on a weekend" but they wouldn't explain to me how that's justified, even if the technician rate is $300 per hour. Will not be using Harbs Plumbing again.
Pleasure to work with, direct personal contact, on time and excellent workmanship. Top notch service. Replaced my bathroom faucets for sink and shower/tub.l and also 2 kitchen faucets.
