If you are replacing a Reliance Water heater (i.e., a rental water heater), I WOULD NOT recommend that you use Harb Plumbing to do replace it since they do not return the old, unuseable water heater to Reliance, who do require that the plumber return it. The consequence is that you pay for a new hot water heater but continue to have to pay Reliance monthly for the old hot water heater. We had a clogged pipe issue that another local plumbing company caused and other companies provided elaborate and costly options to resolve. Daniel came in , quickly accessed the issue and provided an efficient and cost effective solution with confidence. He did not try to up sell additional and unnecessary services like the other local companies. He just wanted to resolve the issue for us and did so within 30 minutes. An excellent experience A call made to them late in the night was followed up by them in the morning and schedule of visit confirmed. Had a very old cistern and instead of trying to get us to replace it they repaired it. Top quality workmanship which was fast, neat and they cleaned up before they left.
