The guy didn’t see any visible signs of termites or termite damage and still refused to give us a termite letter unless we paid $500-800 of ADDITIONAL dollars for termite treatments plus the $125 for the letter. He said he doesn’t want to have to “buy the house if there ends up being hidden termites in the walls.” ????
Treated me like an idiot, wouldn't waste my time with this guy!
They are absolutely the best. I called and they had someone come out and inspect my home right away. The prices are affordable and the service is excellent!
