The best pest control company with amazing customer service.
Everyone from the lady who answered the phone to the tech who came out were extremely polite and helpful and did an exceptional job on explaining everything to me. Sanford set me up and explained everything they’d do and was very professional and courteous. Junior was my tech and I can’t recommend him enough. He was thorough and answered every single question and made sure he knew exactly what we were treating and where. We even had some great conversation. Had a tech come out for a squirrel issue which was handled. I then stated theres a bird nest in an inconvenient spot on the side of the house that we were unsure of what to do with. Their tech Chuck went over and grabbed it, looked inside to see five newly hatched songbirds in it and offered multiple times to destroy it. I told him to put it back. The guy didn’t see any visible signs of termites or termite damage and still refused to give us a termite letter unless we paid $500-800 of ADDITIONAL dollars for termite treatments plus the $125 for the letter. He said he doesn’t want to have to “buy the house if there ends up being hidden termites in the walls.” ????
Treated me like an idiot, wouldn't waste my time with this guy!
