I fell resulting in a fractured patella. I was transported to Osceola Regional Hospital where an evaluation took place and the service of Dr. Henningsen began. Surgery was performed and the healing began. Dr. Henningsen was very thorough from his bedside demeanor to post op visits. I felt very competent under his care and direction. I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing any knee issue 's.
Dr. H replaced my ACL. He did a totally inside procedure and it is now over a year later and I am very happy with the results. The recovery was quick, the pain level was low, the scarring is very small. Every day I'm grateful for having the use of my leg back again. You never appreciate being able to squat, or climb into a car, or walk on stairs until it is taken away from you. Technically Dr. H is top notch, but his bedside manner is great too. I would definitely recommend him.
