At my doctors referral, I called for an appointment. A rude lady answered and asked if she could call me back to get a new client appointment, shame than called me back and asked if she could call me at 8am ( when they open) the next morning to just schedule me for a first appointment? The next day no one called....I called at 9:30, I asked her if they don't want new patients only for the rude lady to start telling me it is only her and the doctor and she is very busy?
