I love Dr. Hara I've been his patient since 2016 and him and his staff are friendly and very caring, sorry if you had bad experience but I've never seen any bad side with them at all God Bless
I’m an Air Force veteran referred by VA for services for my sleep apnea. Attempts to schedule an appointment I encountered great client assistance from Norma. She reached out to get me help with my situation. Until I spoke on the phone to a Ryan upon my returning a call from Nicole. Ryan who was totally disrespectful to me. I felt so degraded that he responded to my statement “I will contact VA to cancel this service” after being denied to talk to Norma. He said you have to deal with me. Wow! Dr.Hara is an amazing Doctor. He gives above and beyond ...example..I had an unfortunate incident with Hawaiian Airlines..They wouldn't let me on the aircraft without updated information about my health. I've never had any problems before. This doctor stopped what he was doing on his day off and did the impossible.. the ridiculous request from Hawaiian Airlines took all day! How many doctors would personally help in a situation like this? You won't find a more compassionate, knowledgeble and gracious doctor on these islands.... read more
To that patient who put Dr Hara down. I'm not a Dr but it sounds like he did what he supposed to do. Sorry about the c and your visit, but it really doesn't sound like the doctor Hara I know and care for. His been my pulmonogist for 6 yrs and always took very good care me both he and his staff. I've never seen a Dr that has a smile 24/7 on his face and try to make you smile at the worst time of your life, and I've been there in and out of hospital due to my asthma.
