One of their properties in Calgary that is mostly seniors has had the elevator out for 6 months and doesnt care about fixing. One man is in a wheelchair and stuck in his apartment this whole time. Avoid this rental company at all costs.

I have lived here for many year. And been thru lots of resident managers. The last one was the worst back stabbed I have ever seen. The new one lidia is very nice and friendly depending on the day. The maintenance man is awesome as well knows what he’s doing and very friendly. I recommend this place to live.
I deposited the security Damage and at the time of start of lease when I request the security damage return at the time of leaving they Manager of building said they going to E-Transfer to your account. After 1 month when I called to Manager why still E-Transfer is still not done they said they deducted the damage of doors which was not actually damage and my checklist was also clear at the time was leaving why he didn’t inform at the time of checkout?
