Sad news everyone, we are closing. Due to circumstances beyond our control we are being forced to close our doors for good after 36 years in business. We would like to thank all of you for your years of loyal patronage, and wish you all well in the future. Our closing date is August 15th and as such we will not be taking on any big or long term jobs, if you need an inspection sticker please don't wait until the 15th as we do not know what our staffing situation will be at that point. Again thank you all and goodbye.
Not recommended at all. After inspection fails they don't provide information on what to do besides get it fixed and return. Beware people, ir you fail a safety inspection point you could get ticketed or even pulled over and get your vehicle towed. Hap's Auto Service Inc don't tell these things to their customers and, in my case, I got ticketed. Once you go back and tell them they act like it is not their problem and they don't care at all......they are just after your money....period.
Last minute exhaust – I went to Hap's with out an appointment this morning, they were great. My muffler fell apart on the highway. The entire team was great from the estimate to the final repair. The price was more than fair. WOW very positive experience. I have found a new car repair shop.
After several good experiences. Beware ---Recently misdiagnosed as needing an engine. I brought the car elsewhere. Turned out it only needed a starter. Charged a diagnostic fee which was incorrect.
