The tree was a monster! but with the use of the crane it came out with no problems. The company is family owned and honestly makes the effort to make their prices affordable for the average homeowner. I received quotes from the “big guys” for thousands of dollars more than what I paid. If you are a homeowner and need a tree removed call Happy Trees!
I did not see my first post so I probably forgot to hit post when I did it. This one is better anyways. I wanted to be sure to leave a review, which is something I do not habitually do. I simply expect company’s I hire for jobs to be proffesional and do the job properly. I am doing this review because of the exceptional, knowledge, caring, and work ethic all of the employees displayed that completed the removal of an extremely large and dangerous oak tree they removed. Steven and his crew were very quick and efficient. They are Very affordable will be using for all tree service needs. 5 star!
From start to finish, this is what the process should be. Excellent communication, initial walkthrough to discuss goals, workers who are on task and focused with attention to detail, final walkthrough leaving the property in outstanding form. Notice the palms are trimmed correctly and are not over trimmed. I highly recommend Happy Tree Service.
I am beyond grateful for this organization and how they handle things when they don't go as planned. They were honest, transparent and made sure to take their time explaining everything I needed to know to find a fair way to manage unexpected complications with a large tree removal. More than that, they were calm and understanding...and made sure to take care of me in a stressful situation.
