We had to go through this company to use our insurance for a pipe leak and will never again use Happy's Plumbing. Firstly, two men showed up in an unmarked van with no indication of who they were and did not announce themselves before walking into my home. I was the only one home at the time and felt immensely unsettled by their way of entrance and the lack of warmth or customer service. Fantastic company, I have First American as a warranty company. The first company that was chosen couldn't get out for 2 weeks for my hot water heater. I called back complaining First American then assigned me to Happy's Plumbing Inc. They came out the same day and replaced my hot water heater. Easton was the plumber. I can't say enough good things about what a nice guy Easton is. He's caring, thoughtful, very neat. He explained how to use the new hot water heater showed me how to light the pilot light. Contracted through fidelity. Plumber came over and refused to replace parts that kept breaking. Falsely informed me that Fidelity wouldn't approve the replacement. Called and asked Fidelity, They said otherwise. Plumber made false statement to Fidelity in return to not replace part. If you look at their history of complaints on here you can tell they're in the wrong business.

I agree with every other negative review here. Condescending, talked over me, talked down to me. Literally mansplained how a shower curtain works. Most hilariously asinine interaction.

Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it.
