The first contact was wonderful. They cleaned beautifully. After that it became a hellish nightmare. First they couldn’t find anybody for the scheduled cleaning, then they rescheduled. They let me know how hard it was for them to get someone in our area. They advertise this area on Google by the way. That was not a problem when they signed me up and took my credit card info. My 3 bedroom house was cleaned from 1 end of the house to the other end. Everything was cleaned and dusted, all the mirrors were cleaned, bathrooms cleaned and all the windows inside were cleaned. The whole house was mopped, the stove oven cleaned and the stove top scrubbed. I was thoroughly impressed and I was happy with my sparkling clean house!!🤩

We have an event coming up and they backed out, bad communication, they use Zillow instead of listening to customer, they thought we were a trailer 5 mi down the road from our actual address. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed. Edit: they've put in their reply the property is a commercial space, which it isn't. Its my home and it's a studio space in my home I needed cleaned. Really bizarre they can clean 2000,3000,4000 sq ft homes but arent capable of cleaning a 2000 sq ft room.
