Andy and his teams did a phenomenal job recovering our small, majorly outdated primary bathroom. To create the larger shower space, we used the previously existing closet from the spare room, which gave us a 5 foot shower AND space for built-ins to bring additional storage to the space. The attention to detail the teams (plumbing, tile, general contracting) was absolute perfection. We enjoyed working with the Happy Casa team and would definitely recommend!
Dealing with real estate often times I need someone that does quality work, is thorough, and is easy to communicate with. Andy exceeds expectations every time. Will continue using his services and always recommend to others.

Exceeded our expectations! We got a referral from a neighbor who was very pleased with their work. Andy came over and was very thorough getting information for the quote, but was still happy to add clarifying details to the quote on request. He was very transparent about allowances for key features, and if I went under budget he gave a credit, and of I went over budget he let me know so I could keep an eye on the project costs.
