Beautiful facility, large showers and really cool float pods. Me and my husband love this place, I took him for a surprise birthday gift. He suffers from lower back pain and a salt tank float helps every time.
Floatation therapy works wonders for me to reduce stress. I highly suggest it. The float tank and shower were nice and clean. Not really aesthetically pleasing, but functional. In my opinion, the nicest float tanks in Bakersfield. The rest of the room could use some minor maintenance and definitely some routine cleaning. I had a fairly early appointment and there was a lot of salt accumulated on the walls in various places that could not have been just from that day. After researching ways to help with stress I came across Arctic Wellness. Best thing I ever did for myself. The staff was friendly, explained everything in great detail. During my float I felt so relaxed I even dozed off. I recently took my daughter and she came out telling me how amazing it was and will be going for another session. I highly recommend floating and the membership is well worth it.
Appreciate the professional staff that explained the float process so thoroughly! Extremely clean and organized facility. If you want to relax, book a float session! It was so therapeutic!
Very nice and relaxing recommend using petroleum jelly they give you for the Epsom salt float for any cuts you have
