Their water tastes great. I choose this water place over the one on Euclid. My kiddo and I can definitely taste the difference. Remember to clean your water jugs people! The 2 young guys I’ve seen in there are very nice to my family and I. Their ice is great too! Just wished they would make the ball ice haha I used to support this small business when the little Asian lady owned it, and I will continue. Keep it up with good customer service, and great tasting water!
I was disappointed in the taste of the water and ice we purchased. It didn't taste good. It is one of the best tasting water in our area and I don't know what happened this time. Quality checks should be done for every depositor at least every thirty minutes to ensure high quality at every dispenser station.
I stopped here twice during their “open hours” listed on Google. Both times no one was there and the open sign was not lit. I might have to start going to a different water store if I cannot reliably refill my water bottles. Waste of a trip to a closed store. When they have actually been open, customer service has been good.
Brad is such a great guy to work with! He’s not only professional but also very honest and dependable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping, and that makes all the difference. Brad goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right, and he does it with a positive attitude. Truly a trustworthy and kind person. I highly recommend him!
They have changed owners since the first time I visited this place. In my search for good quality priced alkaline water I came across this place. The 5 gallon is 2.25 right now I believe & 2.75 if you pay w card that's .45¢ if you pay cash/gallon Which I know from personal experience, it's way cheaper than any other place I know of around the area.
