Brand new 2017 Toyota Camry XSE July 7 went thru Elephant Car Wash in Burien. Immediately after went to Fred Meyer 2 blocks away. Got out to inspect wash and saw scratches all over hood. Took car back to car wash and submitted claim and employee took pictures and said they would call me. Never got a call. It's time I didn't have to spend washing my car. However, my windows were still smudged, I had to wipe up water from my trunk and clean the cupholders when I got home.
Had the platinum wash at $25. I left and went to Fred Myers, got out of my car and looked my car over. My car was still dirty. Wheels looked like shit. My spoiler had scratches and paint missing. Looked like it had a sander go over it. Called them, and I was told to come back so he could look at it. I showed him, and he said that they didn't do that to my car. I was not told it would be A TWO HOUR WAIT for vacuuming and wiping down the inside of the car. I had to approach several people in order to get a refund.
10 o'clock on a Saturday morning and not a single vacuum Bay was open. This is just plain stupidity this is a high-volume Time for so many people because we all work during the week in this is our time to get our cars cleaned. When I complain to the manager on site I was screamed at . never have I been treated so poorly as a paying customer.... There nothing only game in town theres a brown bear down at Four Corners who will actually have facilities available to me and won't scream at me as well
Fantastic job! Christian did such a fine job on the pre-wash, making sure my sun roof was clean, after a winter of moss build up. The whole team did a great job. Thank you!
