Happy Wash no more....🤔🤔 so I paid $19 for an exterior wash and vacuum. the outside was done okay with 8 people... the inside 1 or 2, they didn't wipe the dashboard or vacuum properly..... still left popcorn and gravel on the floors. I truly wish businesses would deliver quality work. I called to speak with the manager and was told I should have inspected my car before I left... it was impossible because the cars coming out of the wash was honking at the cleaners of my car. This place is racist and has poor customer service. I went to happy wash and waited in line and was turned away because I was “in the wrong line”. There was a car in front of me that was in the same line and they did let him through. They began talking bad about me in Spanish and backed down when I spoke to them back. I am Dominican so I have african features, so they assumed I was black. Never again will I get mistreated by a poorly staffed and managed company. All of the workers talked trash to me too.
