I made an appointment to get something in my (new to me) van looked at and to troubleshoot. They got me in within just a couple of days and met me outside as I pulled up. Jesse took the time to troubleshoot my problem and it ended up just being a user error. He took the time to explain some features to me. I definitely will be a future customer as I have a small interior project for them to build.
My only complaint is a lack of promptness. I took time off work to bring my van in and they arrived late plus another customer was taken care of first (not Jessie's fault). Otherwise, they did an excellent job installing a window in the slider door of my cargo van a couple of years ago. Quick, professional, and well done. The trim was cut a tad too short because it wasn't pushed into the corners well but I can replace that easily enough. I will be returning to get help with connecting my electrical system. Jessie and his crew intalled a new rooftop air conditioning unit into my mobile acupuncture clinic. They were professional and got the job done in a very timely manner. Now my patients will be comfortably cool just in time for the dog days of summer. I could not be happier. Thank you!!!
Unethical, his employees use no protection gear, and pays them in cash. Jesse uses the cheapest materials in the market. If he steals your money please take time to file a consumer complaint.
