Used this agency only to screen me a renter for a one time fee. Twice. First renter was not physically or mentally able to live on her own. Lady couldn't have cared less about the type of renter she screened. She was only interested in collecting a fee. The last horrid person to rent my place I ended up having to kick out due to lack of payment. Renter left the place trashed. I suggest if you want a good, honest go getter to manage your property, use Amanda at Long Realty. Happy valley was truly crappy.
