For having a 4.8 rating I really wasn’t impressed. It was my first time visiting happy valley and I expected a lot more after reading the reviews. I saw Dr. Nguyen to get a second opinion and he confirmed my dog was cryptorchid. He right away starts talking about neutering my dog and also removing the undescended testicle. I told him I understand removing the undescended testicle but I’d like to leave the normal one alone. He then consulted with Dr. Goh who said she would not perform the surgery without taking both. Nice friendly place
Love this place, they are so sweet with our girl. If you have a nervous dog this is the place to go! They were very gentle and aware of her body language, and did not try to push her past her limits. They also helped us set up a few "happy visits" free of charge, so she can feel more comfortable being at the vet.
We have been here for the past 2 years since Kudo is a puppy. All the staffs are friendly and professional. I especially want to mention their accomadation for Kudo's reactivity - Kudo is stranger danger and hates going to vet. They have free happy visit to help Kudo have positive experience at the place and follows my suggestion to always meet Kudo outside to ease his anxiety of meeting new people.
