We have been taking Little Bean to HVPH for about 4 years now. Dr. Cheung has been the best vet that ever saw our girl. She is very open with explaining things, quick to answer follow-up questions and very respectful of our wishes and concerns. She also clearly cares deeply for the animals under her care. When it came to having to say goodbye to Little Bean she was visibly sad for the task that she had to perform (and given Little Bean's condition it was the right thing to do). The team at Happy Valley were super friendly and took great care of our cat Sesame and kitten Pepper.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Cheung, and Dr. Goh, the vet techs, and front desk staff. They provided the most compassionate and diligent care for our sweet rescue cats, Nina and Pasha. We adopted our pair in 2016, and they were the center of our world. Losing Nina unexpectedly in December 2024, followed by Pasha this week, completely broke our hearts. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate, Dr. Nguyen. He is the kindest, most genuine, empathetic man, let alone veterinarian, that I met on a very difficult long day for my little new baby kitten. He had to break some tough news to me and he responded with such unexpected compassion. I am truly grateful to have gone to him.
