They have been great with my daughter. She had very Buck Teeth, within 3 months they were down! Everyone is sweet and kind. After every appointment, they walk her out and tell me what they’ve done and what they’ll be doing at the next appointment. I love them! Yesterday, Dr. Cinatl, is very sweet, and explains what’s going on in detail and down to earth.
They are closing. They already have my money and could not fit my daughter in to be molded for replacement retainers. They don't have anyone doing molds, except for the doctor, himself. What decent orthodontist would refuse an appointment under those circumstances? Should this orthodontist go elsewhere, he will probably take his values with him. I will remind all prospective clients of our treatment once the braces came off and they were paid in full. Orthodontics requires lifetime care. That is what I paid for.
This place has exceptional service and is really geared towards kids
It was a great experience for me and my 3yr old. He didn't want to leave. Can't wait to go back in 6 months!
Wonderful place to take your children. When you go in your child will have there own nurse to stay with them at all times. The doctors are very nice as well the nurses and the secretary's . They all greet you when you come in. The place is beautiful on outside as well inside. Has video games, t.v, and a child corner. They also have a quiet place for parents to go and relax for alittle bit till child is done. They have coffee and tea, very nice place. We couldn't have found a better place for our daughter to go. She has a lot of food allergies and we were very concerned about the anesthesia. They reassured us and talked to all of our daughters other doctors and they did a wonderful job taking care of Amylee. God given doctors, nurses, and staff. We can't thank them enough... They are truly a blessing. God bless them all!
My son had to have alot of dental work done in one setting, and they were excellent with him. He was very nervous and they were so kind and compassionate! Would definitely recommend HVO!!!! Thank you for such great care!! The anesthesiologist was also great, answered all our questions and was very thorough!
When my daughter took a baseball to her mouth I called after hours & Dr Matt called me within 20 min made me feel ALOT better & she saw him first apt next morning
