First visit & had a great experience!
Excellent dental office all around. I have a lot of dental anxiety and they were super accommodating for that. Dr. Aquino, Bree, and Rachel made feel super comfortable despite the work I needed done. As far as financials go, they make everything very clear and will help you out in whatever way they can, and aren’t all pushy or rude about it. They also have killer snacks. 10/10 Dentist office, I might just stop all together just so I can come here again. Not really though.
I scheduled a last minute appointment with Rachel for dental pain that my regular dentist has been unable to diagnose. The team here listened to my experience and took time to do a thorough exam to unlock the answers to the terrible pain I've been enduring. Doctor Aquino explained all my treatment options and next steps and was very kind. Rachel helped me understand the various cost scenarios I needed to be prepared for. The staff at happy Valley, modern dentistry was extremely polite, knowledgeable and willing to explain everything that was going on throughout my visit. The dentist can be stressful enough but they made it a pleasant experience! Bri was amazing! You can’t tell when someone really cares about their job and she exhibited that while helping me! Dr. Lenin Aquino Was also amazing and very down to earth as well as the whole staff! If your looking for a dentist I fully recommend them.
Update: Dr Lenin A is amazing. So gentle and checks in often - so good if you have anxiety going to the dentist!! Rachel up front is always helpful and so knowledgeable. They give an explanation of what is going to happen, check-in to make sure you are good throughout, benefits of the treatments, tips to help with your everyday dental health, and other things I didn't know! Never had a problem with insurance coverage & easy to book.
