As I entered the facility, I noticed Philip standing at the counter. I realized he was the same gentleman that assisted me on my last visit. Once again I was greeted with a smile and asked if he could be of any help. Being in retail for 43 years myself, I was once again truly impressed with his CS and knowledge. This is the type of employee every company wants to keep and make sure they’re advanced in leadership. Great job Philip!
Chris is great. When I put in my order, I asked for no slh and no lime wreck haze. I ended up with 3 lime wreck haze. Just asking to double check. He even confirmed no LWH. Not a big deal but just double check. I should have before I left the store. Still the best dispensary and best staff
