Local customer, had one bad experience but customer service went out of their way to reach out and give a store credit. Good customer experience
My wife is a medical patient and she needed to get something to see if it could help her sleep. We went in and we were treated unlike any other cannabis store that we have been in where the person that was taking care of us had no respect he would not allow us to discuss what the best options were for her and try to sell her flower when that is something that she was not looking for. I drove an hour and a half from salisbury Massachusetts to Gloucester, Massachusetts by the time I arrived I didn't want any shenanigans or any hassles at the counter, but even though time has gone by since my last visit, there was more of the same shit where what I ordered and what I ended up with add fuel to my nasty attitude.
