We had a wonderful stay at Kuhio Village condo! The apartment was clean and well equipped. The parking and access instructions were very clear. We had a storm during our stay and had no issues with power loss. The hosts were very responsive and helpful for any questions. Would stay again!
As a condo owner I do not recommend this company. Paul has been very difficult to communicate with and is withholding money he owes us due to renting out our unit without our knowledge.
Wow! What an experience. Our overall stay at this place was truly amazing. The atmosphere, by the beach, spacious place and everything was brand new. We went back home to Hawai’i after 12 years and this definitely surpassed our accomodations expectation. Brent and Paul are truly a master at their craft making sure their guest feel at home! Nontheless, highly would recommend this place again and again. When my family or I come back to the Aina, definitely going to book with Happy Vacations again. Aloha!! 🤙
Not clean. Apartment was very dirty....floors had to be scrubbed and table tops had to be wiped down. Little roaches in all rooms, even after being serviced. Supplies lacking. Closet doors off track. Poor excuse for a vacation rental.
