The owner of "Happy Tubs" Arnold, threatened my family I, and said he knows where we live. I've had to contact the police to report the threat, and overall mishandling and unauthorized payments. This all stemmed from unauthorized payments from this company. I told the owner Arnold M***** that I was referred by my Plumbing Company and that I needed to have an estimate for the repair of a few cracks on top of a bathtub that was only two years old. I needed the estimate in order to make deductions from a tenants' security deposit and explicitly told him that I would do the work at a future date when it could be scheduled with the new tenants who had already moved into the unit.
