We are so pleased with the service we received from Happy Trees. This is the second time we have used their service. They trimmed branches which were rubbing on our roof, cleared overhanging branches on our neighbors’ property, as well as trimming and reshaping several trees on our property. Happy Tree came out again after service four days later to clean up the debris after a tree extraction. They meticulously cleaned up every branch dirt and debris at the extraction site on the road in front of my property and all the pine branches that had dropped in my backyard were cleaned up and blew the debris away. There’s no notice of any fallen branch or tree fall. They are absolutely amazing. They are the best company for any tree branch fall or tree emergency.
We were looking around for a tree service to trim our walnut tree in front of the house. We called Happy Tree Service, and the customer service was very friendly. I mentioned to her what I was looking for, and shortly after that, Marvin gave me a call to say that he was on his way. He gave us a great price and told us that his crew would be here in the afternoon. Absolutely HORRIBLE!! They left such a mess all over my yard, left my outside furniture in a different spot, ruined my garden (my tomatoes), took part of my gate/fence down and didn't put it back up (thank god I came outside before I let my dogs out), and I'm not sure if it was the owner (I hope not) but whoever was in charge of the job on site was extremely rude, not friendly at all, and unprofessional!
