I called Happy Tree on a Friday with a job that needed a quick turnaround and they were responsive, answered all my questions and had someone out immediately. They showed up on time and Christian did an awesome job air spading fencepost holes around major roots of my tree. I couldn't have asked for better service

Used them twice. First time was perfect. No issues. Second time they busted our water line, tore up our yard with the stump grinding machine, and left huge holes in our yard. I called the next day to advise of my dissatisfaction. Contract clearly says satisfaction guaranteed if informed of dissatisfaction within 48 hours. They did nothing. NOTHING!! I inquired and quickly received communication from the certified arborist. He was great and walked me through my different options and made recommendations. I quoted prices with other companies and theirs was the best. My trees were installed in a timely manner and they look fantastic!

They did a great job. I didn’t know how overgrown my property was until it was transformed with their services. Evan walked me through the recommended changes ahead of time. They answered my many texts with questions leading up to the service. When something needed to change in the middle of the tree trimming Evan FaceTimed and made sure everyone was updated and that I was satisfied with the changes before they were implemented. They navigated my difficult driveway with their machinery as well! Would book again!
