Second time using Happy Tree Service for tree pruning, they always offer 5 star customer service, give expert advice on what service would be best and are very reliable. When I wasn't 100% happy with a service they immediately booked in a follow up visit free of charge to meet my needs. Will always recommend them and continue to use them in the future.
Had lightening strike my oak tree and strip off a large strip of bark from the top of the trunk down to the bottom. Evan came out and did an assessment and provided a recommendation. No upsell, professional and knowledgeable. I decided to use them to do my annual tree trimming of both oak trees. The team they sent out did a fantastic job. Left the yard clean, using rakes and leaf blowers to make sure the yard looked clean.
Evan and his crew were amazing. We needed special permitting from the city to remove a large oak that was nearly rating on our roof. He handled all the paperwork and kept me updated throughout the process. I sure miss that tree but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I met with Happy Tree Service's arborist, Evan Peters, who is highly knowledgeable of the trees on my property and provided excellent advice on the care for my trees. He provided reasonable recommendations of services I needed to address general trimming and pruning, and even advised where it was and wasn't needed.
