Pésimo servicio, me cancelaron la reservación que tenía del auto HORAS ANTES DE TOMAR EL VUELO! Como fue un sábado no había nadie de servicio al cliente que me resolviera. Si tuviera que volver a reservar, no lo haría con esta agencia. Nunca me devolvieron mensaje a pesar que dejé varios emails.

O melhor site para reservas de carros nos EUA. Reservo com eles a mais de 10 anos e sempre está tudo certo. Na última locação a locadora errou um débito ( Dollar) e solicitei a eles que me auxiliassem na correção. Tudo corrigido em 24hs . NOTA 1000!

Over the last 2 weeks I booked car from happy tours 4 times (once from Cincinnati and 3 times from San Francisco) and I have been very pleased with the service. There was absolutely no problem when I visited the Thrifty car rental counter, all my rental information was with them. Your pricing is very transparent, so there was no pressure from the car rental agency on additional insurance buy. Pésimo servicio, NO LOS CONTACTEN, merecen cero (0) estrellas, NO devuelven garantía, te cobran otros montos, NO reconocen los adelantos que hiciste, NO devuelven garantías, esperas mucho tiempo y NO CONTESTAN después de que ya pagaste todo, es UNA ESTAFA, sobre todos para viajeros que venimos de fuera de USA.
