After good service on pickup and delivery I waited a full 30 days before I contacted Happy Tint again with defects to the tints on both cars. After going through the process of complaining, Louise was more than helpful in arranging for the defects to be evaluated and rectified. It was acknowledged that both cars had defective tints and both cars now look amazing. Special shout out to Greg as well for picking the cars up and going through the process again. More than happy to recommend Happy Tint!
Excellent customer service. Job well done . Recommend get your windows tinted here and don't let a dealership talk you into getting this done with them.

Unfortunately I am disappointed with the service. I first had a great experience with Happy Tint when they did some windows at my home, but a few years later when I needed another window done the service was lacking. I was having to chase them up because months would go by and no one would be in touch about sending out a technician. Then when the window was finally tinted it had a scratched in the film and it took ages for someone come out to look at it.
