Really great teriyaki here (and Chinese). Had a combo and it was excellent. Service was great, I could tell they really cared. Food was very hot, and freshly made. Large portions!
Solid teriyaki that's actually consistent in Tacoma. The food is what you would expect at a teriyaki joint, and the portions are good. Casual, welcoming vibe and consistently great quality wise. One of the best teriyaki spots in Tacoma. Highly recommend!
The katsu is painfully mid. I don't even want to bring it home. There is a lack of flavor in the curry sauce and the chicken is dry. Gyoza are like any other teriyaki place... boring. Not sure I'd get the same food again, and I hesitate coming back here at all. The good thing about this place is the portions are huge. Easily 3 chicken breasts on my plate plus rice. Unfortunately it doesn't make up for what the food itself lacks.
The teriyaki here is my go to. Take my kids here regularly and they love it too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good teriyaki.
UPDATE: Best Teriyaki out there. Everything Ive ever tried is amazing. Worth the drive. Excellent as the first time I came. Tender chicken, great sauce, perfect rice. Good prices. It's my most favorite of happy teriyaki places.
