I had to have a root canal because Dr. Dorsey drilled a filling too deep---it was right on top of my nerve. I was in excruciating pain, and I went to urgent care, unsure of what was going on. The doctor suspected a dental infection and prescribed me a heavy dose of antibiotic. She instructed me to follow up with the dentist. I returned to Happy Teeth the next day and they referred me to another office for an emergency root canal. I had to pay $2000 out of pocket, all because Dr. Dorsey messed up. Not a good experience with Happy Teeth. I had to return 3 times to replace temp crowns while waiting for permanent. Each replacement and final permanent crown with increasing pain and tooth aches. Showed up for one appointment and told crown was not in and attempts on their part to notify me was on the day of appointment. I also thought temp crowns being replaced three times was just a ploy to keep me coming in for multiple appointments to bill insurance for additional office visits. The several times I have been in for my son, everyone was always very helpful and thorough. I have seen a bit of staff turn around in between visits but have always treated us well, even when my son refused to take the ex rays. They just tried the next visit.
