Took my newly adopted kitten in today, and I couldn't have been happier with my visit! I was given recommendations about some vaccines and tests that could be done, but was in no way pressured to spend a fortune. After a thorough check up, ear cleaning, and some de-worming meds, he was ready to go home in half an hour. Mordecai and I thank you all! :)
We recently had to put our 12.5 year old Westie to sleep after a battle with cancer. Dr Kleine and his staff we so compassionate and kind. They let us set the pace of the procedure and gave us all the time in the world to say good bye to our sweet boy Harry. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help us. There is no one else we trust to take care of our dog (Frankie) than Dr. Klein. After years of being overcharged and rushed through appointments, Dr. Klein was a breath of fresh air. He is amazing with our dog and always thorough. Not only does he not try to overcharge, there have been several times that he could have performed surgery on Frankie that he chose not to. We absolutely loved this vet from the time we called to make a appointment. Amazing customer service! We have found a forever home with Happy Tails! Everyone there is so friendly.
Dr. Kleine and Samantha are the very best! They are extremely helpful and very knowledgable! They truly care about all the animals and give them the very best care! My family has been going to them for years and we will never go anywhere else! We love them! If I could give them a million stars I would!!
