They are the only place I will ever take my dogs!!! They are the best when it comes to feeling safe knowing your animals will be loved while you are away!
Happy tails is the only place I board my dogs. They can do 1/2 days, full days, and longer term. The employees seem to really love the dogs and take good care of them.
I am glad your injuries were not severe. It does seem odd however that Macon would not have mentioned the family emergency when I spoke with him later that day, he only said “someone was supposed to be there”
Our dog has now been going to Happy Tails for two weeks. The open drop-off policy (no reservation required) and expansive weekday hours are amazing for our dual-military schedules. Our pickup and drop off times vary greatly with no issue. In addition, our dog’s behavior has significantly improved. Before, we were leaving her home alone during the day with a doggy door to go in and out. She was clearly bored.
